Get Involved, it's Super Sunday II, letterboxing / door knocking!
13th October, 8.30 am-10.00 am!!
Buoyed by the success of our first group event, with about 4000 flyers distributed, we’re really keen to harness the positive energy and go further - this time distributing 6000 flyers from 3 hubs on our Super Sunday II, 13 October 2024.
The hubs for Super Sunday II will be located at the following centres:
- Bokarina Park, next to the picnic area off Bokarina Boulevarde
- Quinn Park, off Indigo Road, Bells Reach (West Caloundra)
- Beerwah Library off Peachester Road, Beerwah
We will meet at 8:30am for a briefing and to be given maps, 250 flyers and partnered. Everyone will meet back at the hub by 10:00am for a debrief. For those who are keen, we will be gathering at a nearby cafe for a ‘coffee’ and chat amongst like-minded folk.
The objectives of the exercise are three-fold:
- To raise awareness of Voices of Fisher more broadly across the electorate, both through the flyer and being visible on the streets
- To ask people to identify a potential candidate for Fisher at the next federal election
- To do something positive to help make the change we are all seeking, at the same time exercising in our wonderful neighbourhoods
Don’t forget to wear your Voices of Fisher T-shirt. If you don’t have one, they will be available in all sizes for a “donation”. Also please consider bringing a family member, friend or neighbour to join our growing team of volunteers.
LET'S MAKE THIS EVENT BIGGER AND BETTER THAN SUPER SUNDAY I!
RSVP NOW AND WE'LL BE IN TOUCH WITH ALL THE DETAILS.
