Who We Are

We’re everyday people from all across Fisher - from the coastline to the hinterland, from the north to the south. We’re locals who love this place and care about its future.

We’re your neighbours: the people you cross paths with along our bike paths, beaches and bush tracks, chat to at the dog park, recognise at the local shops, or see at school pick-up. People who want Fisher to thrive - just like you.

What brings us together is a simple belief: Fisher deserves a kind of politics that’s as grounded and genuine as the communities we live in. A politics shaped by listening, shared experience and local knowledge - not distant party rooms or vested interests.

That’s what Voices of Fisher is here to build: neighbourly, open, community-powered politics. And however you’d like to take part, there’s a place for you here.

Being part of this gave me hope that politics can work differently.”

It feels good to do something positive for our community.”

I never thought of myself as political - until I realised listening is political.”

These are the hands, heads and hearts building something better for Fisher.

What Matters to Fisher

Thousands of conversations across Fisher have shown us what people care about most:

  • Smart growth with infrastructure that keeps pace
