With former fire chief Greg Mullins and local ecologist and volunteer firefighter Barry Traill
Change is already happening on climate, and it's everyday people and communities helping make it happen.
But what's actually working? And how can we make more of it happen right here in our local area?
Join Voices of Fisher for a relaxed evening of honest conversation, real stories and practical solutions with two people who know firsthand what it takes to make a difference.
Greg Mullins AO, AFSM – Former Commissioner of Fire & Rescue NSW, with more than 50 years' experience as a firefighter. Greg brings a firsthand perspective on our changing climate, its impacts on communities and the importance of making informed decisions.
Dr Barry Traill AM – Sunshine Coast Hinterland local, ecologist and volunteer firefighter, with more than 40 years' experience working to protect our environment. Barry brings local knowledge and practical experience of how communities can help drive change.
Together, we'll explore what's already working on climate, what it means the places we love, and how we can build on that progress.
There'll be time for questions, different perspectives and a chance to connect with other locals.
Join us on Friday 27 November from 5:30pm, bring a friend and be part of the conversation about what's possible.
